What does cold-pressed mean?<\/span><\/strong>
\nAt Canis Purus, quality starts with the raw ingredients. Upon arrival, our ingredients are carefully inspected, precisely blended and then pressed into kibble at an average temperature of approximately <\/span>37\u00b0C<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unlike extruded kibble, no high temperatures are used during pressing to give the kibble its final shape. This creates a compact, cold-pressed kibble that breaks down relatively quickly in the stomach.<\/span><\/p>\n

The shape and texture of our kibble are adapted to the dog’s natural chewing behaviour. Canis Purus also contains no artificial attractants, colours or flavours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because we do not use chemical preservatives, our food has a maximum shelf life of <\/span>8 months<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
