We send all orders via the PostNL parcel service.
For Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, we deliver all our orders via our regular partner, PostNL.
PostNL collects packages from our warehouse on fixed days: every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
PostNL will deliver your order the following working day.
E-mails with tracking code are provided by PostNL.
Not at home?
With standard shipping + signature, the PostNL deliverer may also deliver your package to the neighbors. It may also be delivered to a PostNL point in your region.
You can always consult your tracking for this.
Frozen products can only be collected…
It is impossible to send frozen products via PostNL.
We have experimented a lot with insulating boxes in combination with freezer cooling elements, but without much success.
This packaging is also very expensive, extremely burdensome for your waste processing and harmful to the environment (isomo).
